Silver Lake, Los Angeles · 3 units
Complete restoration of a Spanish Colonial triplex in Silver Lake, bringing this iconic property back to its former glory. The project involved renovating three distinct units: a 3-bedroom/2-bath top unit, a 2-bedroom/2-bath middle unit, and a 1-bedroom/1-bath lower unit. The street-to-street lot configuration required careful planning, with the top and middle units accessed via Rotary Drive alongside a newly renovated 3-car garage, while the lower unit features independent access from Redesdale Avenue. The restoration preserved the building's historic Spanish Colonial character while modernizing all systems and finishes to meet contemporary standards.
