Shangri-la in Silver Lake
We are proud to present this fabulous NELA home with an amazing location along the Los Angeles River and bike path with an entrance a few steps from your door. The extraordinary renovation keeps a balance between yesterday’s charm and today’s sensibilities. Curv8 flooring. An Eco friendly product that retains the tree’s original shape and grain lines to reduce waste. From the moment you enter you’ll be overcome with sensory overload trying to take it all in. The juxtaposing white walls and black trim. The sun-filled rooms, or will it be the 10 foot ceiling or lighting fixtures? As the crown jewel of the house, special attention was dedicated to the Kitchen with vintage inspired design with gold detailing and glass hex knob and pulls. A stainless steel appliance package completes the kitchen. White quartz counter tops, and dedicated desk/work space. Equally impressive with the black and white theme are the bathrooms with the white tile work and dark grout.
